2023 Arcadia Little League All-Stars

Registration opens each March for those parents and players interested in participating in Little League All-Star post-season tournaments. Players must be Little League age 8+ and have played in at least 10 regular season games on a Minors/Majors team to be eligible for All-Stars.

The Little League All-Stars are selected by a vote from the players' peers and coaches in early May, with some additional roster spots chosen by the All-Star coaches. All team rosters are announced on this website after the final playoff game ending concluding the regular season. Practice for All-Star teams typically begins June 1.

The District 6 Baseball 8-10 and 9-11 tournaments will be hosted by Arcadia Little League at Ingleside Middle School. The tournaments are expected to begin in the middle of June and last no longer than one week. The 10-12 tournament will be hosted by Mountain View Little League at Scottsdale Ranch Park and typically begins at the conclusion of the 8-10 and 99-11 tournaments. There may be a handful of days that overlap between the tournaments. District 6 Softball will advance directly to the state tournament.

Participation on these teams requires a significant time commitment by the players and families involved in June practices, games, and other team events. If the All-Star team is successful at the District 6 tournament in June, players will be expected to be available for practices and the state tournament for their respective age division held in July. Arizona State Little League will update Little League State Tournament locations and start dates on their website. Here were the basics for 2022:

8-10 | Hosted by District 7 | Mesa, AZ | Start Date: July 11
9-11 | Hosted by District 3 | Phoenix, AZ | Start Date: July 14
Little League (10-12) | Hosted by District 2 | Litchfield Park, AZ | Start Date: July 16 --> Follow the tournament here.
Typically, all state tournaments are of the double elimination format, but sometimes may involve "pool play" depending upon the number of teams entered.

Only the Little League Baseball/Softball level state winners can advance further, as the 8-10 and 9-11 teams culminate at the state tournament.

The winners of the state Little League Baseball/Softball division advance to represent Arizona in the Western Regional held each year.
