For a child to be a Little Leaguer®, eligibility must first be established by way of residency inside the boundaries of a local Little League®, or the location of the school where the child attends is located inside a local league’s boundaries that is approved by Little League Baseball, Incorporated.

TWO OPTIONS TO VERIFY PLAYER DOCUMENTS:
Player documents can be uploaded during the registration process.
or
Parents must attend one of the two Document Verification Clinics.
Failure to provide documents either by uploading documents during the registration process or by attending one of the two document verification clinics OR uploading your documents through our registration portal - will result in your child(ren)'s registration being cancelled. For easy document verification, print out the school enrollment form. Have your child(ren)'s school fill out the form. Bring the completed form and birth certificate to a clinic. If attending the clinic is not possible, all forms may be uploaded online to your players profile.
Little League 4-7 Eligibility of Play:
Starting with the 2024-25 season, children at the youngest level of the Little League® Baseball and Softball program (
League Age 4-7) will have the ability to register for any Little League program they choose, without respect to any geography- or school-related eligibility requirements. Those players who register under this option will also be fully eligible to participate in all aspects of league play, including
International Tournament play, for the duration of their Little League careers provided they have continuous and unbroken participation from the time they are League Age seven within the specific league where initially registered and provided all other participation eligibility requirements have been met. Arcadia Little League supports this initiative and will register out of boundary players (Arcadia Little League boundaries can be found here

Availability: Registration of out of boundary players is subject to availability.
Capacity: Capacity is subject to change at any time during the registration process based on field availability and volunteers in
Wait-list: If a division of play is at capacity at the time of registration, players will be placed on a wait-list. They will be notified by email and payment will not be accepted until they are removed from the wait-list and placed on a team. After the close of regular registration all players on the wait-list will be notified of availability. If there is availability players will be removed from the wait-list and placed on a team until all available slots are filled. The wait-list will be processed in the following order: Boundary Players in order of registration, then Non-Boundary Players in order of registration
